Ordering a Hasselblad V product brochure

Has any one else attempted to order a Hasselblad V product brochure - from the Hasselblad website / Planet V Section ?

I wonder if there was a problem with this section of the site, as its been nearly a month and still no Hasselblad V product brochure has arrived ! I did register correctly according to the site !!

Any suggestions would be most appreciated !

I had the same problems.
I mailed Hasselblad about the page not working (infinite loop) several times, but not a single reply. They definitely are not the company Hasselblad once used to be.
In the past, you would only have needed to as much as cough, and they would jump up and ask if they could help you in any way. Now they refuse to deal with their customers directly.
Company policy (yes, it really is). Very nice...

I registered again today, and could access the lot.

If you can't get access after reregistering, i will gladly e-mail you the brochures you are looking for.
I'll then send a bill for providing the service to Hasselblad AB.

I do expect a higher standard of customer service from Hasselblad (UK)

Hi, all - I ordered a V series brochure on the website a few months ago and received it about 3 weeks later. No further correspondence was required. However, this was prior to the launch of "Planet V."

That explains why the CFV modifications to my 205FCC is taking longer than the quoted 4 weeks. I hope they get back to work soon.
